HEET’s upcoming training event is our annual CPR & First Aid certification. THIS IS A TWO-PART PROCESS– with Part 1 completion due by March 1st! Please complete this form to submit your reservation. Once received, the online course registration details will be sent to you from our certified instructor. Here are the steps to complete:
Part 1: Online Course (Due by March 1st)
COMPLETE this form to receive online course access. Specific registration and certification fee details will be emailed directly to those members who respond.
*Part 1 is REQUIRED in order to participate in Part 2 and receive certification*
Part 2: In-person Skills Certification (March 14th)
Upon completion of the online course in Part 1, you will be eligible to participate in our in-person skills test. Part 2 test details:
Skills Event Date: Saturday, March 14 8:45 am until completed
Location: Meadow Park Building at 2333 Meadow Street, SLO
Certifications: Adult and Child First-Aid and CPR
Successful completion of both portions will result in your certification which will be valid for two years.
**NEW: You can participate in the skills only session if your certification is still valid and you are wanting a refresher.
